CCAAS can access existing roles into the system as well as create custom roles.
| Role Name | Description |

| Administrator | This role has access to all operations on all resource types, except the resource types needed for user management and role assignment. |
| Partner Developer | This role is for partner developers |
| Access Administrator | This role has access to all resource types and actions needed for user management, including role assignment. It also gives the user login access to the Conversation Platform Console. |
| Read Only | This role allows read access to all platform resource types, and it includes analytics viewer access to be able to read relevant reports. It also gives the user login access to the Conversation Platform Console. |
| Analytics Viewer | This role has view-level permissions to all Conversation Platform Analytics, allowing users to view, download and follow analytics reports. |
| Analytics Analyst | This role has analyst-level permissions to all Conversation Platform Analytics, allowing users to explore, analyze and save reports, in addition to all viewer-level permissions. |
| Analytics Publisher | This role has publisher-level permissions for Conversation Platform Analytics, which includes all analytics capabilities. |
