User credentials are required to login and establish the identity of all users on the Conversation Platform (CP). These credenitls can be either - OKTA or ADFS based. Currently platform support users having account in CCT ADFS and can login through Cognito. See Login Details for more information
Access to all CP resources is controlled using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and the least privilege access principle. RBAC is enabled at CP Front End services for all CP resources. There is no other way to access CP resources externally. See the RBAC API documentation for more information.
