The Knowledge Base (also known as Help Topics) is a configurable tool that allows agents to search and browse for information in an articles database. The feature allows for intuitive search results, view multiple articles at a time, and saves your article context when you need to navigate away.

With Voyager Next’s Help Topics, agents can reduce their handle time, and enhance the customers’ overall experience when trying to find an answer to their question.
