Voyager NEXT Customization

Partners have the ability to configure the look and feel of Voyager NEXT. Partners also have the ability to customize channel support and some Voyager NEXT features.

Branding and Configurations

Partners can customize the following Voyager NEXT items:

  • Agent Greeting - the ability to add a default custom greeting display to agents every time they log in to Voyager-Next.
  • Header Color - the ability to set the Partners chosen brand header color via hex-color picker.
  • Logo - the ability to replace the Voyager Next logo with the   Partners own Brand logo.
  • Wallpaper - the ability to change the default background wallpaper to one of their choosing.   - set number of wallpaper images that rotate   - set the time frequency of change for images   - Upload up to 24 background wallpaper images
  • Language - the ability to set the default language.
  • Branding History - the ability to revert to the previous configuration version from past saved configurations.
  • Predefined Brand Theme - select the predefined theme for your own branding. Use the Service Desk to request the VNext Customizations.

Channel Support Configuration

Partners can configure the following agent/role provisioning of Voyager Next to their preferences using Conversation Platform Console.

  • Chat only
  • Voice only
  • Chat and Voice
  • Email

Feature Configuration

Partners can enable or disable the following features using the Conversation Platform Console

  • Agent assistant
  • Supervisor search
