Agent Connectivity Management

Agent connectivity management feature allows agents to check their internet connectivity from the softphone browser. This will provide agents with a clear overview about the network connectivity to better service the customers.

To achieve this, there is a network bar icon, in which the number of bars represent the network connectivity respectively. The network strength is calculated on the basis of number of factors such as Latency, throughput and network type.

There are following USE CASES to the feature:

1) When the network connectivity of the agent is disconnected.

2) When the network connectivity of the agent is poor.

Agent connectivity bad

3) When the network connectivity of the agent is fair.

Agent connectivity average

4) When the network connectivity of the agent is good.

Agent connectivity good

5) When the network connectivity of the agent is excellent.
